Suitable accommodation shall be arranged in different hotels at Jamshedpur city which is around 15km from meet venue and all the hotels are around 5km from TATANAGAR railway station. The list of hotels and tariffs details is provided in separate page. Delegates are requested to book the accommodation in the hotel individually as per their own eligibility during the assigned period kept for hotel booking. All the delegates should pay the hotel bill directly to the hotel authorities. During the Meet days, vehicle pickup has been arranged from hotel to Meet venue and back. UCIL have limited guest house facility at its establishment and it is reserved for the invited speaker and guests during the meet so, it shall be unavailable for the delegates during the period of the meet.
